HackerAgency Names Global Chief Creative Officer and New VP of Talent

Wrapping up a year of expansion news, global digital/direct marketing agency HackerAgency announced a flurry of executive positions today. Haydn Sweterlitsch has been named Global Chief Creative Officer (CCO). Benjamin Dupont joined the agency as Vice President of Talent. And Michael Goerz has been promoted to Executive Account Director.


Sweterlitsch was promoted to Global CCO after serving as VP/Executive Creative Director at HackerAgency headquarters in Seattle, where he has led the creative and interactive teams that conceive, develop and execute work for all HackerAgency U.S. clients for the past two years. In his new role, Sweterlitsch is charged with setting the agency creative vision, goals and priorities and will oversee client creative on a worldwide basis.

Kourtis noted that HackerAgency’s expanding global footprint was a driving force behind the hire of Benjamin Dupont as Vice President of Talent. Dupont, originally from Paris, France, has a background in designing and implementing Human Resource programs to achieve strategic business objectives and brings over 10 years of international HR experience to the agency.

HackerAgency promoted Michael Goerz to Executive Account Director. Goerz began his career at HackerAgency just under 15 years ago and has been leading account teams at HackerAgency since 2002. Goerz has worked persistently with his team to land new business and grow strategic accounts for HackerAgency.Kourtis stated, “Michael leverages his varied experience to deliver the trifecta of a well-developed strategy, excellent customer service and killer campaign execution for clients and we are thrilled to have him serve in this role.”
