I’m thinking of opting out of shopping at one of my favorite stores.
I’ve gone there for years. I order from them online, the service is impeccable, and I like the choices they give me.
But I made the mistake of ordering a birthday gift for my daughter from them. Now they’re treating me like a teenage girl. The emails and offers I get are completely inappropriate.
I thought they knew me. But clearly I was wrong.
