Agency start up, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, negotiating and structuring business deals and contracts, treasury management, system conversions, risk management, and global financial and strategic leadership… Nasima’s experience is diverse to say the least. In her 20+ years in the advertising marketing industry, she’s held various senior financial and operational roles at US Concepts/MTKG (currently a Dentsu agency) and STAR Marketing Services Group & Doremus and Company (Omnicom Group Inc.) with financial responsibility across multiple agencies. Formerly an east-coaster, we’re thrilled she’s made the move to the best coast to join our team.

Nasima is a staunch believer in paying it forward and most recently sat on the board of PLAN USA, whose mission is to empower young people, girls and communities to make vital changes that tackle root causes of discrimination against girls.

Q: What innovation makes your life a lil’ more awesome?
A: The iPhone has literally changed my life, and I can’t imagine living without it.
What was your first job?
A: My first job, the summer after my junior year in high school, was as a sales person at ‘Flight Club’, an athletic/sporting goods store.
Q: What’s your favorite book?
A: Jane Eyre by Emily Brontë
Q: What’s your third favorite ice cream flavor?
A: I love good quality strawberry ice cream.

A: I would jump back in time to 1985, back to my childhood in New York.
